Terms, Conditions & Refund Policies

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not refundable
• You cannot get a refund or reschedule your appointment if you do not show up at the time of your appointment.
• You can reschedule your appointment prior to 24 hours.
• Appointments for a single session cannot be included in the package.
• There will be no refunds if the first session of the package is used.
• The validity of the purchased package is 10 weeks from the date of the first session.
• For the entire package sessions, the same therapist will be assigned.
